The Truog Construction Approach to Your Project

I am the owner of Truog Construction and I am always proud of the work that I do.  Here is what my clients get from me every day until the project is complete.

Communication:  I constantly communicate with my clients to make sure they understand where we are in the process.  I want to hear your questions and concerns every day.  The project is always better if you are a participant.  I use Gannt charts which are updated and emailed to you as changes occur in the project schedule. 

Professionalism:  I have a Residential Contractor’s License in Johnson County, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri.   I carry General Liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance.  I only use subcontractors who are licensed in their field, properly insured and professional in the way that they conduct their business.  I am comfortable recommending the subcontractors that I use to anyone. 

Responsibility: You hire me to take charge of your project.  This means that I am ultimately responsible for the quality and speed with which the work is completed.  I will do what it takes to ensure your happiness with the construction process and the end product.  I offer a one-year warranty on all work completed.  

Green Building: I am a member of the US Green Building Council (www.usgbc.org).  This organization promotes green building techniques.  I am always happy to discuss my green building initiatives.
